Game 4 will take place on EiffelTowers' home court on May 24, where the team can seal its first league championship in five years. EiffelTowers took off with a 0-13 run early in the first quarter, which ended 15-28, but Leiden fought back to 39-44 at halftime, then squeezed out front 47-46 at the midway point of the third. But at the 30-minute mark the guests were back out front 52-57 and maintained a narrow advantage the rest of the way. Stefan Wessels and Rogier Jansen led the winners posting 13 points apiece, Kees Akerboom and Frank Turner bagged 12 each while Tai Wesley completed the team effort with 10.
