EA7 Emporio Armani Milan upgraded its perimeter attack by signing Zoran Dragic for the coming season. Dragic (1.96 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Khimki Moscow Region, for whom he averaged 8 points and 2.5 rebounds in 24 Turkish Airlines Euroleague games last season in a reserve role. He was worth 8.9 points and 3 rebounds for Khimki in 31 VTB United League contests. Last season was his third Euroleague campaign after playing two for Unicaja Malaga between 2012 and 2014. In the first of those two seasons he played under the current Milan head coach Jasmin Repesa, and in the second of those seasons, he averaged 10.9 points per game. Dragic started his career at Geoplin Slovan Ljubljana in his native Slovenia, and has also played for Krka Novo Mesto as well as stints with Phoenix and Miami in the NBA. He is also a regular member of the Slovenian national team.
