Cedevita Zagreb also announces Suput
Turkish Airlines Euroleague debutante BC Cedevita Zagreb kept busy this week as on Wednesday morning it also announced the addition of power forward Predrag Suput for the upcoming season. Suput (2,00 meters, 35 years old) arrives from Brose Baskets Bamberg, where he played the last five seasons. Last season he averaged 10.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 10 Turkish Airlines Euroleague regular season games with Brose Baskets. With the team he won three German Leagues these last three years plus the 2010 and 2011 German Cups. Suput made his pro debut in 2000 with Spartak Subotica of his native Serbia, and in 2003 he moved to Vojvodina Novi Sad. In 2004-05 he made his Euroleague debut as he joined KK Partizan Belgrade, with which he won two Serbian League crowns. In 2006 he was let go by Partizan and he joined KK Hemofarm Vrsac playing the Eurocup. It was in 2007 that he moved to Bamberg, where he became a fan favorite as together they played two seasons in the top European competition.
