Hemofarm
"We paid the price of injuries tonight. We also paid the difference in quality between Hemofarm and Unics. I am sorry we missed to show our best face. If we were complete we could show to Europe how we are playing basketball. All my players were trying hard and my congratulations to them. And to Unics, too. We made our goal to reach the second phase in ULEB Cup."
SIREIKA, ANTANAS
Unics Kazan
"Before that game we had serious meetings. We made the deal to stick together and try to play with less mistakes. I am glad my players did all we dealt with in the lockerroom. The game had many key moments and consisted of several parts. We were controling the game except in a moment when Hemofarm cut the margin to 8 points in the second half. The most important thing is that we played the best in the final 5 minutes winning with a 17-point difference. That is a precious margin before rematch in Kazan."

"I am so glad for this win and for the difference we made. Our job in the rematch is easier now. Tonight the key was our defense. That was the reason we were keeping the lead during the entire game."
