Deividas Sirvydis netted 5 of his 18 points in the final 36 seconds to seal his team's win after Stellazzurra rallied from a double-digit deficit to tie the game late. Eboua struck from beyond the arc and a three-point play by Conti gave Stellazzurra hope, but Blazevic kept pacing Rytas and free throws by Dilys made it 52-39 margin. Conti hit free throws and back-to-back three-pointers by Panopio brought Stellazzurra within 55-48. A jumper by Eboua and a tip-in by Erikas Jermolajevas fixed the score at 57-50 after 30 minutes. Rytas struggled to score early in the fourth quarter, while Panopio got Stellazzurra within 59-57 with less than seven minutes left.
