Head Coaches

CALVANI, MARCO
Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari
"We knew that it would be a tough game. I think that Galatasaray is the favorite of our group. It was very important after our loss last week to win this game for us and now we need to keep going on working in this direction for our next challenges. Galatasaray played well, we were good to limit them – especially Schilb – and to be aggressive all game."
ATAMAN, ERGIN
Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul
"We started the game well and when there wasn't aggressiveness, it was easy for our offence. Then, Dinamo Sassari changed its starting five and we started to suffer a lot. They were very good to open the court. Aggressiveness and the open court were the mainkeys also for the second half of the game. If they continue this way, if will be very difficult for everybody to win in their court."

Players

STIPCEVIC, ROK
Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari
"We knew that this game would be important for succeeding in the Last 32. Galatasaray has a great organization with a big tradition and very good players and coaches. We knew that for us it was important to be focused for 40 minutes and, in this case, it would be possible to take a two-minute break. We were good to keep this break until the end of the game. Now there is no time to celebrate this win; we need to think about our next Italian League and Eurocup games".
