PASHUTIN, EVGENY
Unics Kazan
"Finally we managed to show our potential. I always said that we have top level players, and we had been looking for our game. Today we fought for each possession and each ball, and played as a team. We shall keep the bar high in the next games as well."
KARASEV, VASILY
Zenit St Petersburg
"We have just had a difficult trip to Astana, and not all the players have managed to recover. Today we lost to UNICS in all of the game's components. Losing by 20, I did not see the reason to play our top players on court and gave the opportunity to the players usually on the bench. This is why we had such a result. Professional players should not give up until the very end of the game. This defeat will be a good lesson and a good stimulus for us to play batter and win in the next games."
