Head Coaches

CASIMIRO, LUIS
Unicaja Malaga
"I am proud of the team. The first game in the EuroCup at home is difficult for us, but the team worked hard during the game and I am happy with the work: the rebounds, defense, fast break and controlling the rhythm of the game."
HERBERT, GORDON
Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt
"Congratulations to Malaga. I think in the first quarter we played a pretty good first five or six minutes and then we played a good four or five minutes in the second quarter. But those 10 minutes where we really struggled we got killed. We lost badly the rebounding battle, the loose ball battle. And they had 25 free throws made and we had 1; that’s a big difference. We had too many fouls, undisciplined, too many fouls on the defensive end, reaching, leaving our feet. But it’s a very good club, a very good team. They play very good basketball."

Players

WILTJER, KYLE
Unicaja Malaga
"It was a good win, the first win and hopefully the first of many. We want to thank the fans for just coming out and really cheering us on."
