Nikola Miskovic led the winners with 20 points, followed by Igor Drobnjak with 13 and Bogdan Nedeljkovic with 11. For Madrid, Dino Radoncic led with 22 points and Sani Campara had 15.

During the first quarter, both teams made it a close game with a few lead changes, but in the second period, Real Madrd started building a solid lead that skyrocketed to 15-27 in minute 12 thanks to a 0-9 run and by the half-time break, Los Blancos dominated by 27-40. In the third quarter, the team from Belgrade regrouped and made sure that the game did not go away. Coming from behind from as many as 18 points, Miskovic and company started trimming the deficit which was still 44-53 after 30 minutes. In the last quarter however, Bemax put the pedal t the metal for a 31-12 partial score that turned things upside down. A 14-1 scoring run capped by Altin Islamovic had put Mega Bemax on top as Real Madrid struggled to get back in the game. Radoncic broke the spell with a three, but there was not enough time for the Spanish team to get back on its feet as the Belgrade squad walked away with a win after a big feat.
