Head Coaches

GARCIA RENESES, AITO
Cajasol Seville
"We started in the correct way, but then we stopped. This is the worst side of the game. But the team didn’t give up and fought hard. When we were down, we came back. This is the important thing, but we have to change our mental block. We have to keep working in the technical and mental aspects. I don’t focus on specific mistakes, I focus on defensive mistakes or on ball movements mistakes. We shot three-pointers excessively because we didn’t play a fluid game. Playing in the paint is the only solution. We hope Robert Dozier will move the ball in this sense. He has just arrived and we need training."
VUKOICIC, VLADA
Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade
"Cajasol started playing very good, but we improved step by step. We controlled the game, but in the last five minutes we stopped playing and Cajasol came back to the game. Congratulations to my team, I think we deserve the win, but we have to learn the lesson. We had a very hard trip, we arrived tired, without concentration, so in the first quarter we made few fouls and we had several turnovers. Later, the three-pointers were decisive, we went to rest with confidence. Cajsol came back in the last minutes, but we knew to keep calm and finally won the game."

Players

ASBURY, BRIAN
Cajasol Seville
"We were so close to winning. I felt we were back in the game after trailing. We fought the whole time, all 40 minutes, and we didn't have good luck in the overtime. Instead, we are learning each game and I hope we are going to improve."
RAKOCEVIC, IGOR
Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade
"I'm very happy with the win. We played very well for 35 minutes but not in the last five. Cajasol came back. This team doesn't deserve its results in Endesa League, but they are young and I hope they will improve. I'm like to come back to Spain another time. It was a pity I couldn't play more years in the Spanish league."
