Head Coaches

BOLSHAKOV, KYRYLO
Krasny Oktyabr Volgograd
"Unfortunately, Mitchell has some health issues, and today we missed him a lot. But I want to thank our Russian players, who showed a lot of heart and gave their best. "
BAGATSKIS, AINARS
Nizhny Novgorod
"I think in the first half we were in control. We didn’t let Krasny Oktyabr run the fast break, which is a tough thing to do. In the second half we started to make mistakes and couldn’t get any points. Fortunately for us, Rudd scored in a clutch moment of the game. We’re just happy to leave Moscow with a win."

Players

RUDD, VICTOR
Nizhny Novgorod
"I think the key to our win were defensive stops. We managed to stop them from getting quick points. In that clutch moment I was supposed to hand off the ball to Dima Khvostov, but decided to go on my own. I missed a shot like that earlier in the game, but scored on this occasion and I’m happy we won this game."
