Mega Vizura Belgrade continued its winning run in the Nike International Junior Tournament by downing Alba Berlin 69-51 in a big performance on Friday evening. Mega Vizura held Alba to 9 points in each of the first two quarters. Despite a strong third period, Alba could not complete a comeback before the end of the game. Mega Vizura opened up with a 27-9 lead after the first quarter, and looked to be facing few problems as it went into halftime 47-18 ahead. However, Alba's 6-19 swing in the third quarter, led by Niklas Ney's high scoring, meant that the deficit was cut to 14 points on the first shot of the fourth quarter. Mega Vizura recovered from that blip and matched Alba shot-for-shot the rest of the way to raise its record to 2-0. Djordje Simeunovic was Mega Vizura's top scorer, with 19 points. He was followed by Rade Zagorac, with 11, and Andrija Simovic, who scored 10. For Alba, now 0-2 in the competition, Andrew Onweuegbuzie, Nick Boakye and Niklas Ney each racked up 11 points.
