"During the first half we were not constant. Our bench players did not start the game well. We left them too many offensive rebounds during the first half. It was necessary to rectify thatin the second half, and we did well. Each player brought something. Our defense in the second half was outstanding. Players properly blocked Lawrence. We did not allow any easy-shots. This is why they shot only 18% on three-pointers. We played much better than the first game at Bonn. "
FISCHER, MATHIAS
Telekom Baskets Bonn
"Congrats to Strasbourg for this very good game. I think they played a very good game. I think we played very good during the first half to keep close. But it was not the case during the second half. Strasbourg created a lot of pressure on rebounds and move the ball pretty good. They shot very good tonight, inside and outside. We score just 19 in the second half and it’s simply not enough to stay close in the game. We made a lot of turnovers during the second half. It was not our best game tonight."

LELOUP, JEREMY
Strasbourg
"We wanted to start the game better than the first game. We did not want to run after the score, as was the case in the first game. We wanted to react after the defeat against Paris. We focused on our defense. We limited their leader and did a good job tonight. We defended very hard on their three-point shooters. This game is very encouraging for the future. Tonight we got closer to qualifying, but we want to win the maximum amount of game to have a chance, maybe, to finish first in the group."
