The 27-year-old point guard has a sprained neck but the good news is that there is no spinal cord damage. San Miguel suffered the injury when he collided with VEF Riga guard Dairis Bertans early in the second half of that game. He was removed from the court on a stretcher and taken to the clinic, where he was evaluated. San Miguel, who joined Valencia last season, started six Eurocup games this season. He led the team with 4.8 assists per game in the regular season.
