Artland Dragons ink center Seiferth

Artland Dragons continued adding young talent to their roster for the 2014-15 Eurocup with the signing Tuesday of center Andreas Seiferth to a one-year contract. Seiferth (2.09 meters) turned 25 on Monday and spent last season with another German club, TBB Trier. He averaged 11.8 points on 57.3% shooting and pulled 4.9 rebounds, highest on the team, over 31 games. Seiferth debuted in the Eurocup with five brief appearancesin the 2010-11 season for Alba Berlin, the club with which he grew up. Seiferth was invited this summer to try out for the German national team.
