Banvit Bandirma tabs forward Candan

One of the most promising young forwards in Turkey is changing Eurocup clubs as Banvit Bandirma on Friday announced the signing of Berkay Candan on loan from Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul for one season. Candan (2.05 meters, 21 years old) also played on loan last season with Aykon TED Ankara, appearing in 20 Eurocup games for averages of 14 minuts, 4.5 points and 2.5 rebounds. In the Turkish League, he put up 7.3 points and 4.3 rebounds per game. He grew up with Fenerbahce Ulker and played his first full pro season with Olin Edirne of Turkey.
