PAOK Thessaloniki picks up Carter at guard

A solid veteran is changing Eurocup teams within Greece with PAOK Thessaloniki's announcement that guard Marc Antonio Carter will join the team for next season. Carter (1.91 meters, 29 years old) averaged 10.7 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.7 assists over 16 Eurocup games last season with Panionios. His 29 points and 7 rebounds against Neptunas Klaipeda earned Carter the weekly MVP honor for the Eurocup in regular season Round 8. Prior to Panionios, Carter split his first five professional years between German clubs Dusseldorf and Phoenix Hagen before langin in Greece with AGO Rethymno for the 2012-12 season.
