Partizan NIS inks forward Muric to three-year deal

Partizan NIS Belgrade continued improving its ahead of what will be its Eurocup debut by signing small forward Edo Muric. Muric (2.02 meters, 22 years old) arrives from Krka Novo Mesto, where he played the last four seasons. He averaged 13.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 21 Adriatic League games last season, in which he helped Krka win the Slovenian League and Cup double for the first time in club history. In his four years in Novo Mesto, Muric lifted as many Slovenian League trophies with Krka and won the FIBA EuroChallenge title in 2011. He has also played for Parklji Bezigrad and TCG Mercator Skofja Loka in his native Slovenia. Muric has been a member of the Slovenian national team. An accomplished and aggressive forward, Muric brings in some Eurocup experience; he averaged 4.4 points and 3.7 rebounds in 12 games with Krka in the 2011-12 season.
