Proximus Spirou Basket Charleroi made a pair of additions to its roster, signing one year contracts with big men Seamus Boxley and Jordan Heath, club announced on Wednesday. Boxley (2.01 meters, 33 years old) arrives from fellow Belgian side Limburg United there he averaged 13.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.1 steals last season. Veteran forward started his professional career a decade ago in China with Fujian SBS XunXin, before joining NBDL side Tulsa. He spent four seasons with Zorg and Zekerheid Leiden in the Netherlands, and also played for Nijmegen in that country. He also played for Giessen 46ers in Germany, Oberwart in Austria and Hoverla in Ukraine. Meanwhile,forward Heath (2.08 meters, 24 years old) is arriving from fellow Belgian side Kangoeroes Basket Willebroek where he posted 15.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 1.0 blocks. It was his first professional season after three-year college career at Canisius College.
