CAI Zaragoza found a new point guard in Tomas Bellas, who inked a three-year deal with his new team on Thursday. Bellas (1.85 meters, 28 years old) arrives from Herbalife Gran Canaria Las Palmas, where he played for the last six seasons. He averaged 6.4 points, 4.8 assists and a steal in 21 Eurocup games last season, helping Gran Canaria collect 20 wins and reach the finals, losing against Khimki Moscow Region. In his four Eurocup seasons with Gran Canaria, Bellas accumulated 244 points and 170 assists in 53 games. He has also played for Torrelodones, Caceres and Real Madrid's second team.
