Steaua CSM EximBank Bucharest reached a new agreement with Ionut Dragusin to keep working together next season. Dragusin (2.21 meters, 29 years old) averaged 3.4 points and 3 rebounds in 31 Romanian League games last season. He is the tallest player in Romanian basketball. Dragusin has also played for Rompetrol Bucuresti, CSU Cuadripol Brasov, CSU Pitesti, CS Gaz Metan Medias and SCM CSU Craiova in Romania, as well as for Tenerife, Gipuzkoa Basket and Akasvayu Vic of Spain. He has also been a member of the Romanian national team. He helped Gaz Metan win the Romanian Cup title in 2011 and also lifted the Spanish third division trophy with Vic. Dragusin is set to make his Eurocup debut with Steaua next season.
