Union Olimpija Lubljana put an end to the week closing the roster with the addition of Brandon Jefferson and Semen Shashkov. Jefferson (1.75 meters, 25 years old) arrives from Phoenix Hagen of Germany last season, and he averaged 13.5 points, 2.9 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game in the German League. Jefferson played college ball in Metro State University and started his pro career two years ago in Finland with KTP Basket Kotka, where he already showed good numbers with 18.4 points, 4 .0 boards and 2.4 assists per game. Semen Shashkov (2.05 meters, 27 years old) played for Lastovka Domzale of Slovenia last season, where he averaged 10.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game in the Slovenian League. Shashkov started his basketball career with CSKA Moscow and then continued in Ural Great, Nizhny Novgorod and Avtodor Saratov. He was also a member of U20 and U18 Russian National Teams in the past.
