Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar added more offensive firepower to its team for the next season by signing former Alphonso Ford Top Scorer Trophy winner Taylor Rochestie, club announced on Monday. Rochestie (1.85 meters, 31 years old) arrives from Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv where in 10 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games last season posted 14 points and 5.5 assists. In 6 EuroCup games last season he posted 10.7 points and 3.2 assists. Rochestie had the best season of his career with Nizhny Novgorod of Russia in 2014-15 season, when he averaged 18.9 points on 50% three-point shooting plus 5.7 assists in 21 EuroLeague contests, earning himself a EuroLeague scoring title. During his career, Rochestie also played with Montepaschi Siena and Angelico Biella in Italy, Laboral Kutxa Vitoria Gasteiz in Spain, Le Mans Sarthe Basket in France, Alba Berlin and MEG Goettingen in Germany and Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul in Turkey. He has a total of 45 EuroLeague and 33 EuroCup games under his belt. He has played for the Montenegrin national team, and helped Goettingen win the FIBA EuroChallenge in 2010 and earned final four MVP honors, too.
