Cedevita Zagreb added depth to its backcourt by inking point guard Pierre Jackson for the remainder of the season, the club announced Tuesday. Jackson (1.80 meters, 25 years old) arrives from Texas of the D-League. He started the 2015-16 season with Phildelphia of the NBA and played for Idaho of the D-League, averaging 9.1 points and 2.5 assists in 9 games before joining Texas. Jackson started his professional career with ASVEL Basket of France and also played for Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul, where he averaged 3.3 points in 6 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games in the 2013-14 season. Jackson is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Cedevita this season.
