Cedevita Zagreb has invested in its future by inking a long-term contract with its teenage star Dzanan Musa, club announced on Tuesday. For Musa (203 meters, 18 years old) this is first professional contract, tying him with the club from the Croatian capital until the summer of 2020. Musa has arrived to Cedevita in December of 2014, and is considered one of the best players of his generation. Last 7DAYS EuroCup season Musa averaged 4.5 points and 2.3 rebounds in 10 games. He made his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut in 2015-16 campaign, when as a 16-year old in 10 games he posted 2.7 points and 1.3 rebounds in limited minutes. Musa has previously starred in the youth categories, playing for Bosnia and Herzegovina, winning gold medal and MVP honors at the U16 European Championships in 2015. He was also the top scorer of U17 World Championship in 2016, averaging 34 points per contest.
