FC Bayern Munich fortified its backcourt by bringing in guard Braydon Hobbs on a two-year deal, the club announced Tuesday. Hobbs (1.96 meter, 28 years old) arrives from German powerhouse ratiopharm Ulm, where he averaged 7.3 points on 43.4% three-point shooting, 2.8 rebounds and 4.7 assists in 14 7DAYS EuroCup games last season. He started his career with Mackay Meteors of Australia and also played for Caceres in Spain, Gladstone Port City Tower of Australia, Alba Fehervar of Hungary, as well as for Nuernberg and Giessen of Germany before joining Ulm before the start of the 2014-15 season. Hobbs took part in 24 EuroCup games with Fehervar and Ulm, averaging 9.2 points and 47.4% three-point shooting and 4.3 assists.
