Herbalife Gran Canaria Las Palmas signed rookie center Luke Fischer, the club announced Saturday. Fischer (2.11 meters, 22 years old) arrives from Marquette University, where he has played the past three seasons. He averaged 10.9 points on 64.7% shooting, 5.9 rebounds and 1.7 blocks over 32 games last season. His signing completes the interior force for Gran Canaria as he joins centers Ondrej Balvin and Anzejs Pasecniks on the frontline.
