RETAbet Bilbao Basket reached a new agreement with power forward Borja Mendia to stay together for another season, the club announced Thursday. Mendia (2.00 meters, 22 years old) averaged 1.6 points and a rebound in five 7DAYS EuroCup games last season. He started his career with Bilbao's vinculated team, Zornotza Saskibaloi Taldea of the Spanish third division, making his first team debut in the 2014-15 season. Mendia played for both clubs for a couple of seasons, joining Bilbao full-time last season.
