Lietkabelis Panevezys added experience to its backcourt by inking guard Adas Juskevicius to a one-year deal, the club announced Sunday. Juskevicius (1.94 meters, 28 years old) arrives from Tecnyconta Zaragoza, where he averaged 6.4 points and 1.4 assists in 25 Spanish League games last season. He has played in his native Lithuania for the best part of his career, working for Zalgiris-Sabonio mokyla Kaunas, Kaunas Triobet, Zalgiris Kaunas, Rudupis Prienu and Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius. Juskevicius also played for Eisbaeren Bremenhaven of Germany. He helped Zalgiris win a Baltic League title in 2010 and a Lithuanian League crown in 2013. Juskevicius has also been a member of the Lithuanian national team and played at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
