Cedevita Zagreb bolstered its front line and completed its roster for the upcoming 7DAYS EuroCup season with the addition of center Chris Johnson, club announced on Friday. Johnson (2.11 meters, 32 years old) has last played in Anhui Wenyi, minor league club in China, where he averaged 33.4 points and 18.8 rebounds. A veteran big man is well traveled. He had three different stints in the NBA, with Portland, Boston, New Orleans and Minnesota. Johnson spent part of his career in NBA G-League, playing on two occasions for Dakota, and also with Santa Cruz, and had brief stints in Europe with Turk Telekom and Aliaga Petkim in Turkey, as well as Basket Poznan and PGE Turow Zgorzelec in Poland. During 2009-10 campaign, playing for Turow is when he made his lone 7DAYS EuroCup appearance. During his career Johnson also spent time with Leones de Santo Domingo in Dominican Republic, Capitanse de Arecibo of Puerto Rico, as well as Zhejiang Lions, Zhejiang Golden Bulls and Doshan Long Lions in China.
