Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia has reunited with its former player James White on a contract for the remainder of the season. White (2.01 meters, 35 years old) spent the 2013-14 campaign with the club and helped Reggio Emilia win the FIBA EuroChallenge. He most recently played in the inaugural BIG3 3x3 league in the United States for Trilogy. White helped the team to the title with an undefeated season and was named Defensive Player of the Year. White spent last season in Iran. His last club in Europe was Cedevita Zagreb in 2015-16, when he helped it win the Croatian League and Cup double and averaged 9.4 points and 4.5 rebounds in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. White has also played for UNICS Kazan and Spartak St. Petersburg in Russia, Scavolini Pesaro and Dinamo Sassari in Italy, Fenerbahce Istanbul in Turkey, San Antonio, Houston and New York in the NBA and several D-League sides.
