German League runner up ALBA Berlin started gearing up for the 2018-19 7DAYS EuroCup season with the addition of guard Kenneth Ogbe for the next two years, the club announced Friday. Ogbe (1.98 meters, 23 years old) arrives straight from the NCAA, where last season he played with Utah Valley, averaging 13.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 33 games as the top scorer on the team. He played at Utah Valley from 2013 to 2018, but before that was in Germany with Erdgas Ehingen. "It has always been my dream to play for ALBA." Ogbe said. "I have been following the team closely last season and have seen how well the players have developed here. I am convinced that the fast and free game of ALBA will be good with me. Knowing that I wanted to go to Berlin, I did not have to think long after the call came."
