Arka Gdynia bolestered its backcourt with the announcement of the signing of two guards, one veteran and one rookie, on Thursday, Josh Bostic and Ben Emelogu. Bostic (1.96 meters, 31 years old) arrives from the Italian League, where last season he played for Sassari. There, Bostic averaged 13.8 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.4 steals in 13 games. He had started the season with KK Zadar in Croatia. He played college ball in Findlay from 2005 to 2009, and has played in several countries since then such as Japan, Belgium, France, Russia or Latvia, aside form several teams in the United States. Bostic already played four games in the 7DAYS EuroCup with Chalon of France in 2013-14. Emelogu (1.96 meters, 23 years old) is a rookie arriving straight from college ball. He played at SMU since 2014 until this past spring. In his senior year, he averaged 10.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.3 steals in 33 games.
