Limoges CSP reached a new agreement with center Samardo Samuels to keep working together next season, the club announced Monday. Samuels (2.06 meters, 29 years old) averaged 11.5 points and 4.4 rebounds in 19 French League games last season. He started the 2017-18 season with Real Betis Energia Plus but left the team without playing any official game, joining Partizan NIS Belgrade. Samuels averaged 13 points and nine rebounds in two 7DAYS EuroCup games before joining Limoges. He started his career with Cleveland of the NBA and also played for Reno and Erie Bay of the D-League, Hapoel Jerusalem of Israel, AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan of Italy and Enel Brindisi of Italy, FC Barcelona of Spain and Jiangsu Nangang Dragons Nanjing of China, as well as being a member of the Jamaican national team. He helped Milan win the Italian League title in 2014 and led Jamaica to a bronze medal at CentroBasket 2012.
