Limoges CSP bolstered its frontcourt by inking power forward Damien Inglis to a one-year deal, the club announced Tuesday - hours before its first EuroCup game against Cedevita Zagreb. Inglis (2.06 meters, 23 years old) arrives from Strasbourg, where he averaged 6.8 points and 3.2 rebounds in 25 French League games last season, helping his team win the French Cup title. He started his career with INSEP and also played for Chorale Roanne of France, Milwaukee and New York of the NBA, Westchester, and Canton of the D-League and Capo d'Orlando of Italy. Inglis has also been a member of the French U16, U17, and U18 national teams. He shined at the International Junior Tournament played at the 2013 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four in London, England, averaging 11 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists in three games. Inglis is set to make his EuroCup debut with Limoges this season. "We were looking an athletic power forward but a big physical presence, able to play defense on several positions, and Damien Inglis fits perfectly in this profile," Limoges head coach Kyle Milling said. "We looked for the best player available in the market and are very happy to have Damien with us."
