Erik Murphy to stay together at least until the end of the season. Both had been signed this summer to short-term contracts that expired over the weekend. Now, the club keeps an option to extend their deals until the end of the 2019-20 season. Bell-Haynes (1.88 meters, 23 years old) averages 8.5 points on 44.4% three-point shooting and 2.6 assists in eight 7DAYS EuroCup games this season, his first as a professional after four years with the University of Vermont. Murphy (2.08 meters, 28 years old) is averaging 15.8 points on a league-best 71.4% three-point shooting (20-of-28) and 3.6 rebounds, also in eight EuroCup games. He earned the MVP honor for Round 6 while leading Skyliners to a 75-85 road win against Fiat Turin with a EuroCup season-high 33 points for a PIR of 35. Murphy started his career with Chicago of the NBA and has also played for Austin of the D-League, Besiktas Istanbul and Buyukcekmece Basket of Turkey, Strasbourg and JSF Nanterre of France, and Brindisi of Italy. Murphy is also a regular member of the Finnish national team.
