Darussafaka Tekfen Istanbul bolstered its lineup by signing veteran forward Erkan Veyseloglu for the coming season. Veyseloglu (2.00 meters, 36 years old) returns to the 7DAYS EuroCup for the first time since the 2014-15 season, when he helped Pinar Karsiyaka Izmir reach the quarterfinals. He has played a total of six seasons in the competition with three different teams: Besiktas Istanbul, Banvit Bandirma and Pinar Karsiyaka. Veyseloglu reached the quarterfinals in 2008 with Besiktas, too. He spent the past three seasons with Besiktas and averaged 6.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists in the Turkish League last season. Veyseloglu has also played for Muratpasa Antalya, Pertevniyal, Fenerbahce Istanbul, Efes Pilsen Istanbul, Tuborg Izmir and Erdemirspor Belediyesi.
