Partizan NIS Belgrade has found a floor general in do-it-all Corey Walden for the upcoming 7DAYS EuroCup season. Walden (1.88 meters, 26 years old) was named the Israeli League's regular season MVP after putting up 18.4 points, 5.0 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game while leading Hapoel Holon into the playoffs. That was his second year with Holon, after having helped lead the team to the national cup and an appearance in the final a season before. Walden's pro career had started with Maine of the NBA G League in 2015. His first European experience saw Walden lead Telenet Oostende to the Belgian Cup and League titles in the 2016-17 season. His university career consisted of one season at Stetson and three at Eastern Kentucky.
