Darussafaka Tekfen Istanbul has added one of the better two-point threats from the last 7DAYS EuroCup season, center Jarrod Jones, to its roster for the upcoming one. Jones (2.05 meters, 29 years old) arrives from AS Monaco, for whom he posted 8.6 points and 5.4 rebounds on average in 16 EuroCup games last season while making an impressive 61.3% of his two-point attempts. Jones had previous EuroCup experience with Szolnoko Olaj of Hungary in the 2015-16 season. All told, he's played in 21 EuroCup games, averaging 7.6 points and 5.1 rebounds. Jones started his career with BC Kiev of Ukraine before moving to Albacomp, Atomeromu and Olaj, all in Hungary. He then played for Pesaro, where his 19-2-point average ranked third among Italian League scorers in 2016-17, and for Pinar Karsiyaka in Turkey before returning to the EuroCup with Monaco.
