Tofas Bursa has a new playmaker in its backcourt with the arrival of guard Tarik Phillip who signed a one year contract with an option for another season, the club announced on Thursday. Phillip (1.90 meters, 26 years old) has spent last season with Memphis of the G-League where he averaged 14.1 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.6 steals. Phillip started his professional career with Szolnoki in Hungary, and has also played with Logron in the Spanish second division. He is now set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut.
