Buducnost guard Drobjnak sidelined 2 months

Buducnost VOLI Podgorica will not have up-and-coming guard Igor Drobnjak for the 7DAYS EuroCup Regular Season after he suffered a foot injury this week. Drobnjak (1.94 meters, 19 years old) was broke a metatarsal bone in his left foot in practice and is expected to be sidelined for at least two or three months. Drobnjak did not debut with Buducnost in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague last season due to a similar injury in his right foot. He later appeared in 14 domestic games, however, averaging 4.1 points with high shooting percentages, helping Buducnost win the Montenegrin national title. Drobnjak has also represented Buducnost and U18 Mega Bemax Belgrade in three editions of the Euroleague Basketball Adidas Next Generation Tournament between 2016 and 2018.
