Unicaja brings in shooting guard Brizuela

Unicaja Malaga reached an agreement with Movistar Estudiantes to acquire Dario Brizuela's right, who signed a contract with the 7DAYS EuroCup powerhouse until the end of the 2023 season. Brizuela (1.96 meters, 25 years old) has averaged 14.1 points and 2.5 assists in 10 Spanish League games this season. Brizuela joined Estudiantes in 2011, at age 16, and played for the club's second team in both the Spanish third and fourth divisions, as well as for Peñas Huesca in the Spanish second division during the 2014-15 season. He has also been a member of the Spanish national team. Brizuela helped Spain to win a silver medal at the 2014 U20 European Championships.
