Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana added firepower to its roster by signing shooting guard Alen Hodzic on a two-year deal. Hodzic (1.91 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Sixt Primorska Koper, where he spent the past three seasons. He averaged 9.3 points, 2.0 assists and 1.1 steals in 21 Adriatic League games last season. Hodzic has played his whole career in his native Slovenia, starting in Luka Koper. He then suited up for Kos Vzajemna, Kos Koper, Parklji Bezigrad, Helios Domzale, Splosna plovba Portoroz and Hopsi Polzela before joining Primorska. He helped Primorska win the Slovenian League in 2019 and lift the Slovenian Cup in each of the last three seasons. Hodzic has played for the Slovenian national team, too.
