Joventut Badalona made center Vladimir Brodziansky its first recruit of the summer by signing him to a two-year contract on Wednesday. Brodziansky (2.10 meters, 26 years old) arrives from Monbus Obradoiro, where he spent the past two seasons. He averaged 12.7 points on 46.3% three-point shooting and 4.0 rebounds in the Spanish League last season. Obradoiro was his first professional stop after playing college basketball for Pratt Community College and Texas Christian University. A native of Slovakia, Brodziansky spent a season at the Canarias Basketball Academy as a teenager before moving to the United States. He will make his EuroCup debut this season with Joventut.
