UNICS re-signs veteran guard Sergeev

The perennial 7DAYS EuroCup contender UNICS Kazan announced on Thursday a re-signing of veteran guard
Pavel Sergeev
on a one-year deal with an option for another season. Sergeev (1.85 meters, 33 years old) has spent the last three seasons with UNICS and is in his third stint with the club where he first played and made his EuroCup debut in the 2007-08 season, then again spent two years between 2012 and 2014. Last season in a limited role in 10 appearances in the competition, Sergeev posted 3.0 points on 39.1% three-point shooting. Sergeev is a veteran of nine EuroCup seasons with 68 appearances. He also played in the competition in uniforms of Triumph Lyubertsy, Spartak St Petersburg and Zenit St Petersburg.
