Andorra keeps center Olumuyiwa

MoraBanc Andorra reached an agreement with Babatunde Olumuyiwa to keep the center with the team for next season, the club announced Tuesday. Olumuyiwa (2.05 meters, 27 years old) joined Andorra before the Spanish League's end-of-season tournament, in which he averaged 6.6 points on 72.2% two-point shooting and 5.0 rebounds in five games. Olumuyiwa started his professional basketball career with Cerveceros de Meoqui of Mexico and also played for Clavijo Logroño, Arcos Albacete Basket, Real Betis Energia Plus and Palma de Mallorca of Spain before joining Andorra. He helped Betis earn promotion to Spain's first division in 2019, winning the second division league and cup titles. Olumuyiwa is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Andorra in the coming 2020-21 campaign.
