Partizan locks up point guard prospect Madar

Partizan NIS Belgrade has signed promising point guard Yam Madar to a three-year contract, the club announced Wednesday. Madar (1.90 meters, 20 years old) has spent his entire professional career with Hapoel Tel Aviv in his native Israel. He averaged 17.1 points on 40.9% three-point shooting and 5.2 assists in 30 Israeli League games last season. Madar is a member of the Israeli national team. He was chosen to the All-Tournament Team in 2019 after he helped lead Israel to the gold medal at the European U-20 Championships.
