Bursaspor adds depth with EuroLeague champ Gecim

Frutti Extra Bursaspor strengthened its roster for the remainder of the season with forward Tolga Gecim, the club announced on Friday. Gecim (2.06 meters, 25 years old) arrives from Anadolu Efes Istanbul, where he appeared in six EuroLeague games this season, averaging 1.3 points. He also averaged 3.8 points, 2.2 assists and 1.9 rebounds in Turkish League action so far this season. Gecim helped Efes win the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague crown last season. Gecim previously played with Bandirma Kirmizi and Banvit Bandirma. He made his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Banvit in the 2014-15 season, which was the first of his two seasons in the competition, when he helped the team reach the EuroCup semifinals. He is now set to play his third season, and add to his total of 34 EuroCup appearances.
