U18 FC Barcelona Lassa ended its participation in the Euroleague Basketball ADIDAS NEXT GENERATION TOURNAMENT with a commanding win against U18 Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade, 66-87, in a game between two Group A teams that were already eliminated. Zvezda ends its particpation in the tournamemt with no wins for the first time ever. Barcelona rolled throughout the 40 minutes and had virtually no oposition from its opponent. Sergi Martinez led the winners with 24 points and 7 rebounds, Luka Samanic added 15 and 9 boards, Arnas Velicka 13 and Nikola Zizic 11. For Zvezda, Vuk Dordevic had 19 points, Zoran paunovic 11 and Aleksa Uskokovic 10.

Zvezda started the game with will and took the first leads including a 9-4 edge, but Barcelona soon took care of business and blasted a 6-21 run led by Sergi Martinez that broke the game open. Zvezda was struggling all over the court and the Spanish team just kept punishing the opponent for a doubling 26-53 halftime score. The rest of the game didn't change its script and Barcelona even enlargened its maximum lead to 37 points, 36-73. After that point, Barca took the foot off the gas a little and Zvezda, who ended the game with just 2 of 20 threes, led by Uskokovic and Paunovic trimmed the deficit a little until the final 66-87.
