"I have to congratulate my players. It was not easy. We had tough travels. We spent five days in Montenegro. We had food poisoning. It was not easy to find the power and the energy to play this kind of game. But we found a way. It was not a perfect game for us. But we played good enough in the end to win. We ended in a situation where we can finish first, which I don’t think anybody expected - even me. We did our job. Now let’s let the others sweat it out."
BUSCAGLIA, MAURIZIO
Germani Brescia
"The first stat that I look at is the rebounds. They had 40 rebounds and 18 offensive. We shot good on twos and threes. 24 assists show we shared the ball. We had a good game offensively. We fly home with more confidence."

"My teammates did a great job finding me. They were almost doing it too much. Coach in the timeout said let’s play everywhere. We played well on offense. The defense needs a little bit of work, but it was a good game."
